Why, Hello!

finn's the name, art's the game.i am a small Australian artist who enjoys drawing characters of all varieties; animals, humans, and anything fantasy! I am a huge fan of video games and am currently studying game design at uni, so if I'm not hunched over a textbook or my nintendo switch, I'll be doodling a character from whatever I've been playing recently.you can check out my work in any of my places shown below n' I hope to see you around!

Place an order by contacting me via social media or email (preferred), and I will get back to you ASAP!

Please use this page as a guide; prices listed are subject to change and are the minimum a selected commission will cost; a surcharge applies to designs that are more complicated!

ie. Wings, excessive armor, complex patterns, extra limbs etc.

BUSTS

A piece depicting your character from their shoulders up.

• Flat color - $15• Cell shading - $20• Fully rendered - $40

FULLBODY

A piece depicting your character's full body.Up to three characters in a picture, + 80% of the price for each extra characterFull bodies in particular will be subject to a price increase if character design is more complex - ie. wings, armour etc.Only simple background available :)

• Flat color - $25• Cell shading - $35• Fully rendered - $60+

CHIBI!

A chibi piece depicting your character's full body.Up to three characters in a picture + 80% of the price for each extra character

• Flat color - $12• Cell shading - $17

MISC.

Other commission types include pixel art, sketch pages, ref sheets, character design, or anything you can think up!These can be discussed at any time - just shoot me an email- and will be priced depending on complexity

terms of service

These terms must be read and agreed to in order to engage in business with me

• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service •

will draw

• Most animals
• Humans + humanoids
• Fantasy characters ie. Dragons, Kobalds etc.
• Original species
• Mild - moderate gore
• PG romance (hugs, kissing, cute things)

wont draw

• Anything NSFW
• Fetish, hate, or sexual art
• Fandom art/characters; some exceptions apply - ask
• Some aquatic or reptilian animals - ask
• Some detailed outfits i.e excessive armor - ask

payment

• For orders under $100 payment must come first
• For orders greater than $100 a 50% deposit can be paid once the commission is accepted, and full payment is required once the artist notifies the client the commission is completed. The completed commission will only be sent to the client after full payment is recieved
• Payment is through PayPal

• Throughout the commission process, consistent communication will take place to ensure mistakes do not happen. However, if the artist is at fault for missing details etc. these can be edited free of charge
• However, if the edits requested are due to change-of-mind; are complex, drastic or time-consuming, a further fee may be required for the artist's time

refunds

• I may cancel a commission at any time for any reason; a refund valued at the uncompleted portion of the commission will be provided and completed artwork will be provided to the client
• A client may only request a refund or cancel the commission under special circumstances (not simply change-of-mind); if it is appropriate a refund valued at the uncompleted portion of the artwork will be provided along with any finished artwork
• If a client ceases to respond to communications for over 4 weeks, the commission is considered void and a refund valued at any work uncompleted is issued. If the commission is finished during which time the client is unresponsive, the finished artwork will be sent to the client and no refund will be issued.

attribution + ownership

• When purchasing a digital commission, the client is aware they are purchasing a service, while the artist retains the rights to the artwork
• Thus, once the commission is completed the client may not edit, reproduce, or make profit off of the artwork
• Furthermore, intentional removal of a watermark or signature is prohibited
• The client may post the commission to social media, provided sufficient attribution is present ie. "Artwork by JasleyArt" or a link to my site or other social media

artist rights

• The artist may deny a commission for any reason, at any time
• The artist is able to post any works-in-progress and completed commission to any social media site including this page; if you wish to keep your commission private or anonymous let me know
• The artist retains all rights to the work
• The artist may use any unused preparatory work ie. sketches from the commission for personal work
• Original .PSD or other workable files may be deleted approximately one month after the commission is sent and finished. I may not have access to the finished commission after this time. Thus, it is the client's responsibility to ensure their finished commission is accessible
